Frames and non-prescription orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days. Custom prescription lenses take 4-7 working days depending on complexity.
We accept direct bank transfer, and card, wallet, and bank-account payments through PayFast at checkout.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused frames. If a prescription verification error is ours, we’ll replace the lenses at no charge.
